MARE2DEM: Modeling with Adaptively Refined Elements for 2D Electromagnetics

MARE2DEM is an open-source parallel adaptive finite element code for 2D forward and inverse modeling of EM data including magnetotelluric, controlled-source EM and DC resistivity data. MARE2DEM can be run on laptops to large HPC cluster systems and includes a MATLAB user interface for easy design of forward and inverse models and interactive viewing of inversion results and data fits.
